Orthopaedics/Center for Musculoskeletal Evaluations is recruiting
for a full-time Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) Medical
Records Coordinator based out of their North Hills Corporate Office
(McCandless). RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibilities of
this position include review and collation of medical records and
timely distribution of IME files to the physicians. The position
also includes printing/copying documents, filing and mailing client
reports, computer and telephone work and related clerical tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be highly organized and efficient with
excellent attention to detail and the ability to work
independently. Must have excellent customer service skills and
computer experience. Prior medical record or IME-related experience
is preferred. Must have the ability to read cursive handwriting.
PHYSICALITY: Must be capable of climbing a two-step ladder and
lifting up to 10 pounds overhead with occasional lifting 25 pounds
from floor to waist. SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m. WHO WE ARE: The Center for Musculoskeletal Evaluations
provides comprehensive Independent Medical Evaluations (IME)
Services for workers' compensation and liability claims. Our
physicians are Board Certified and have advanced fellowship
training in various subspecialties, including orthopaedics,
occupational medicine, ophthalmology, general surgery, pulmonary
medicine, occupational medicine, and other medical and surgical
specialties. The physicians of The Center for Musculoskeletal
Evaluations provide a full range of IME services, including
examination of specified body part/area and detailed report, record
reviews, video reviews, addendums, job analysis, narrative reports,
