Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Exciting Opportunity in

Overview We are seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
and Physician Assistants to provide expert neonatal care on 12- or
24-hour shifts. This position involves working in a Level III NICU,
ensuring the highest standards of care for premature and critically
ill infants. The role offers flexible scheduling, with no call
coverage for full shifts, and is suitable for those with current
licensure in Pennsylvania. Candidates with a passion for neonatal
intensive care and a commitment to excellence will thrive in this
environment. We welcome both temporary-to-permanent transitions and

Required Skills Valid PA license in neonatal care or relevant
specialty Proven experience in a Level III NICU setting Strong
clinical assessment and decision-making skills Ability to work
independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent
communication and critical thinking skills Commitment to patient
safety and quality care Nice to Have Skills Certification as a
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-C) or Physician Assistant
specialization in Neonatology Experience with electronic medical
records (EMR) systems Bilingual abilities for diverse patient
populations Participation in neonatal protocols and quality
improvement initiatives Preferred Education and Experience Master's
or higher degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies Minimum
of 2 years of neonatal intensive care experience Current BLS, NRP,
and other relevant certifications Other Requirements Availability
for ongoing or as-needed shifts starting June 1, 2026 Ability to
travel for coverage at different sites if required Willingness to
work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment Enjoy a competitive
