Job Description:

a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to
join our team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in
providing top-notch healthcare in the settings of short-term
post-acute care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term
care. You'll work close-hand with a multidisciplinary team
dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes and effectiveness of
treatments. This role requires a thorough understanding of nursing
best practices and a commitment to patient care. Monitor patient
health and record signs Administer medications and treatments
Participate in the development and modification of care plans
Communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment
and care Supervise nursing assistants and aid Ensure compliance
with federal, state, and local requirements Document all patient
interactions and treatments accurately Proficiency in administering
medication Excellent patient care and nursing skills Strong
organizational and communication skills Ability to handle stressful
situations Proficiency with medical software and electronic health
records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid Practical Nursing license in the state of
employment CPR certified
