Job Description Job Description Position Overview Redstone Rehabilitation Services is a private, therapist-owned home health practice. We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Greene County. We use a multi-disciplinary approach, linking physical and occupational therapy to globally improve our patients' safety and function in the home. New Grads are welcome to apply! Key Responsibilities Patient Care: Conduct in-home evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help patients with debilitating conditions improve their daily living skills. Functional Improvement: Implement therapeutic interventions to improve the function of performing everyday tasks and compensate for any loss of function. Collaboration: Work closely with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient safety and recovery. Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and monitor patient progress toward goals. Requirements Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). Ability to travel to patient homes within Greene County. Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
