Position Highlights: - Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends or call) Collaborative team environment Excellent mentorship and professional growth opportunities Hands-on surgical experience in a leading regional hospital Key Responsibilities: Perform inpatient neurosurgery consults and follow-ups (average 4 per day; volume varies). Serve as first assist in the operating room , primarily responsible for assisting with procedures and performing wound closure. Participate in outpatient clinic for pre- and post-operative patient management. Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications: Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) . Eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. New graduates are encouraged to apply – the practice provides comprehensive training and mentorship. Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical assessment skills required. Interest in neurosurgery or surgical specialties preferred.
