Practice Details 100% outpatient psychiatry treating children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients across mild to moderate conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD Collaborative behavioral health team, including psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and case managers 60-minute new patient evaluations and 15-minute follow-up visits with a consistent volume of 10 to 12 patients per day once established Athena EMR is fully integrated for streamlined documentation and minimal administrative burden Schedule Two 8-hour clinic days per week with flexible weekday scheduling One day in Washington, PA, and one day in Uniontown, PA No call, no inpatient coverage, no hospital rounding Compensation & Benefits $1,577 per 8-hour clinic day Choice of W-2 employed or 1099 independent contractor structure Signing bonus and malpractice coverage available for employed physicians Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist, MD or DO Comfortable providing outpatient psychiatric care across age groups Interest in continuity of care without inpatient or on-call obligations Live and Work in Southwestern Pennsylvania Southwestern Pennsylvania offers affordable housing, short commutes, and a genuinely relaxed pace of life anchored by small-town character and easy access to Pittsburgh.
