Practical Nurse: Schedule: 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift -4hr/8hr/12hr shifts
available Personal care and supervision of CNA and STNA Records all
pertinent care and observations in patient record as directed by
facility Other duties as requested by supervisor Requirements: Must
have access to reliable transportation LPN License Current CPR, TB,
Physical Clean background check and drug screen If you are
