How you'll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor who excels in this role: - Evaluate Independently evaluates and determines work assignments and evaluates job - performance, recognizes performances. - Assigns and Directs Work-Covers call-offs, adjusts schedule as needed. - Adjusts Grievances Meets with employees to listen to and resolve employee issues and - grievance. - Discipline Implements performance improvements including verbal counseling. - Exercises Supervisory Authority Develops and implements department and/or hospital policy; insures all employees are trained in policy; exercises discretion, independent of policy to insure proper function of department or subdepartment. - Supervise staff delivering patient care within Emergency Services. What we're looking for Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
