Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Altoona, PA Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $1,580 to $1,780 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/11/2026 About the Position We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a hospital in Altoona, PA where you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program. Current state Respiratory Therapist license in good standing with the Pennsylvania licensing board. One year experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). BLS certification. Experience working in an acute care hospital setting preferred. Competence with mechanical ventilation, arterial blood gas analysis, and nebulizer and oxygen therapy management preferred. Ability to work variable 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends as required by the assignment. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital. Shift Name: Flex Shifts.
