Job Description:

Location: DuBois, PA
Start Date: June 23, 2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 24-hour call coverage (Monday Sunday)
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM 7:00 AM (24-hour call)
Patient Load: Average of 12 inpatients per day
Support Staff: Full hospital team including RN, NP, 24-hour anesthesia, and specialty backup
Hospital Beds: 220
EMR: Cerner

Clinical Details

  • Setting: Inpatient hospital-based coverage
  • Patient Population: Adults & geriatrics (18+)

Procedures:

  • Procedures only required in emergent cases
  • EUS and ERCP preferred but not required

Requirements

  • Board Certified in Gastroenterology
  • Active PA license or IMLC accepted
  • BLS and ACLS required
  • DEA required
  • Cerner experience preferred
