$500,000 Base Salary + Production $50,000 Sign-On Bonus Private Practice

A premier, privately owned Oral Surgery practice in Washington, Pennsylvania, is seeking an oral and maxillofacial surgeon to join its growing team. This is a high-demand, high-income opportunity with an established referral network, modern technology, and minimal local competition.

• Full-Time or Part-Time flexibility available
• Monday Thursday: 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
• Morning surgery
• Afternoon consults and implant cases
• Friday: 7:30 AM 2:00 PM (surgery only)
• patients per day
• Efficient workflow with experienced clinical support

• 5,500-square-foot state-of-the-art surgical facility
• 6 operatories and 2 dedicated consultation rooms
• Advanced technology, including CBCT, XNAV, Trios, and multiple implant systems
• Strong, established referral base providing consistent surgical volume
• Favorable payer mix:
• 40% PPO
• 35% Fee-for-Service
• 25% Medicaid

• Dentoalveolar surgery

• Optional orthognathic and trauma cases
