Position Overview As an Assistant General Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant's service, overseeing the service staff, managing customer interactions, and working closely with other managers to maintain exceptional service standards. Providing a red carpet treatment for our customers and upholding the Jimmy John's quality standards are the highest priorities for you. Just don't forget to have fun while doing it! Position and Store Details Compensation and Benefits Package Wage - $14 - $16 per hour Does not include in-store tip pool Does not include Monthly bonuses based on performance metrics Expected hours: 37-40 Hours a week.
