  • Accompany child while in school helping with care plans for the student/patient; along with field trips and on bus to and from school, when required.
  • Provide 1:1 direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care; such as Behavioral management; transition between educations settings, assisting with meals; toileting; and other daily needs To qualify for a School Aide- Personal Care Aide (PCA) with us, you will need:
    • Home Health Aide (HHA) OR Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred OR 6 months of experience in a related role working with Pediatrics
    • Experience working with a pediatric Intellectual Disability is preferred
    • Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
