Overview: This individual contributor role supports strategic sourcing initiatives focused primarily on indirect procurement, with an emphasis on technology platforms and related services. The position involves working closely with internal teams and external vendors to help optimize supplier relationships, manage sourcing events, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency and process improvement. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a flexible schedule that offers great work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support sourcing activities for technology-related goods and services Facilitate bidding processes and assist in vendor selection and negotiation Identify opportunities to streamline supplier portfolios and reduce costs Analyze purchasing and usage trends to inform sourcing decisions Support contract review and operationalization of key business and legal terms Stay informed on industry trends and market developments related to technology sourcing Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to align sourcing efforts with broader business needs Manage supplier interactions and performance in coordination with stakeholders Assist with procurement operations and documentation as needed Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: Experience in sourcing or procurement, with a focus on technology or indirect categories Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Analytical and detail-oriented, with proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration Familiarity with procurement platforms or enterprise systems is a plus Associate degree or equivalent experience required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
