We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years of experience in areas such as labor & employment, commercial litigation, higher education & Title IX, or class actions. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills, and a proven track record in courtroom experience, depositions, and legal research. Experience conducting internal investigations is a plus. Responsibilities: Represent clients in litigation across county, state, and federal courts. Participate in depositions, oral arguments, and other courtroom proceedings. Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. Draft legal documents and conduct legal research. Work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: 4-8 years of litigation experience in relevant areas. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. Experience with depositions, oral arguments, and civil procedures. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks.
