Job Description:
Position: Special Education Associate Attorney Billables: 1800
hours Bonus structure Marketing Incentive Plan for the origination
of new business Bonus Plan for hourly benchmarks Discretionary
Bonus Bonus that can range from 2500 - 7500 unless it is a very
good experience. Salary can increase quickly if they are good,
however experience drives pay We provided origination fee for
clients brought in by attorneys. 20% of receipts received in year
one and 10% in year two If attorneys hit their hourly minimum 1800
hours, they receive a $3000 bonus, if they hit 1950 hrs. they
receive a $5000 bonus. MUST HAVE - Specifically handling Special
Education & School Law What You'll Do: You’ll counsel and represent
public school districts on a wide range of legal matters,
including: Special Education Law ( IDEA, Section 504 – minimum 3
years’ experience required) Student Rights, Policies & Discipline
School Employment & Labor Law Construction & Facility Planning
Financial Solutions for Districts Collective Bargaining
Negotiations Governance for School Boards & Administrators Ideal
Candidate Profile: J.D. from an accredited law school Active
Pennsylvania bar license 3–5 years’ experience in education or
public sector law Must have 3 years of Special Education law
experience Excellent writing, advocacy, and problem-solving skills
