We're looking for a skilled and motivated Title Attorney to join our thriving team in Pittsburgh, PA ! What We’re Looking For: Active Pennsylvania Bar license (West Virginia Bar admission is a major plus!) 2 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work Previous work in energy and natural resources law preferred Eagerness to take on additional responsibilities, including drafting and editing deeds, leases, assignments, agreements, and other real estate-related contracts Your Key Responsibilities: Examine and analyze complex title documentation with precision Draft clear, concise, and reliable title opinions Identify, resolve, and cure title defects efficiently Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate agreements and contracts Maintain the highest standards of client and Firm confidentiality Who You Are: Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn, grow, and explore new opportunities within the Firm Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional Comfortable working independently and collaboratively No existing client relationships required — just bring your skills and passion!
