Job Description:
Lily.com, a leader in digital solutions and innovative
technologies, is seeking a dedicated Local Truck Driver to join our
logistics team. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency
of our shipping operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of
goods while upholding the highest standards of service. As an
integral part of our supply chain, you will play a direct role in
helping Lily.com enhance user experiences and business processes
through effective transportation solutions. Operate commercial
vehicles to transport goods to and from various local destinations,
ensuring timely delivery. Inspect trucks daily for basic
maintenance needs and safety issues, and report any conditions that
require attention. Manage routes and schedules efficiently,
adapting to unexpected traffic or weather conditions. Maintain
accurate logs of travel and cargo details in compliance with
company policies and DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with
dispatch and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve
any arising issues. Ensure the security of the cargo during
transit, and handle all goods with care. Participate in ongoing
training and safety meetings to ensure up-to-date knowledge of
industry regulations and best practices. Proficiency in operating
GPS and other navigation systems. Strong time management and
organizational skills. Ability to maintain composure under pressure
and adapt to unforeseen situations. Excellent physical condition
and stamina, capable of handling manual labor tasks associated with
loading and unloading cargo. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Clean driving record. Preferably certified in Transportation of
Dangerous Goods (TDG) and safety management.
