Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly following all traffic laws. Plan routes efficiently and manage time to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues, and perform preventative maintenance as required. Manage loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and security. Complete logs and reports, documenting journey details, vehicle inspections, and cargo specifics. Communicate effectively with logistics coordinators to update on progress and manage any on-road changes or challenges. Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record. Ability to manage time effectively and make route decisions. Good mechanical knowledge of trucks and troubleshooting skills. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
