A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Tech I, Sterilization in Zelienople, PA . This position will be working for a Fortune 500 medical device company and offers the potential for long-term career growth. Compensation: The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: Contract-to-hire opportunity based on performance, attendance, and business needs Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM 1st shift only – no weekends Overtime available as needed Responsibilities: Perform decontamination of returned medical devices and accessories per documented procedures Unpack and log returned equipment into the Service Management System (SMS) Wipe down and properly tag/label devices to ensure correct handling Disassemble devices according to written instructions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Complete documentation and work orders accurately in SMS Handle hazardous materials and contaminated equipment safely Support continuous improvement and perform duties with minimal supervision Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience in hospital or healthcare setting preferred Prior experience with hazardous materials or chemical handling preferred Mechanical aptitude and basic technical skills strongly preferred Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Must be reliable, organized, and able to work independently If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting, call or text Jenise Nottage at 586-473-6098 , or email your resume and job title to jnottage@alinestaffing.com .
