Job Description:
Our Cardiology Department is comprised of 7 cardiologists (3
interventionalists, 1 invasive, 1 non-invasive, 1 heart failure
specialist & 1 electrophysiologist) providing services in 5 office
locations. Additionally, the department has 2 PAs, 2 Nurse
Practitioners and a comprehensive Pacemaker Clinic. The department
is looking to add a non-invasive Cardiologist.About the

Washington DC: 3 hours, Philadelphia: 4 hours, New York City: 5
hours
Hospital Information: A 400-bed, regional healthcare provider
serving a 6-county area in central PA. PA Trauma Systems Foundation
accredited level 2 trauma center, a regional
cardiology/cardio-thoracic surgery center, and a regional cancer
center. Provides vascular and endovascular surgery, neurosurgery,
behavioral health, vascular & wound care, and is a JCAHO-Accredited
Stroke Center.Cardiac catheterization department annually performs
approximately 5,000 diagnostic catheterizations; 500 EP Studies and
procedures; and 1,820 therapeutic interventions. Part of a
world-renowned healthcare provider and insurer based in Pittsburgh
which operates 30+ hospitals, 400+ out-patient centers, employs
over 3,500 physicians and over 80,000 employees, has an insurance
Services Division, and is closely affiliated with the University of
Pittsburgh.
