Apply today to join a growing company that changes lives for the better!!Responsibilities:Pickup, sort and distribute mail dailyCreate UPS package shipments and distribute received packagesOrder, stock, up-keep Office and Kitchen suppliesGeneral maintenance of the supply and kitchen areasOrder, organize and distribute coins to programsCreate, organize, and distribute monthly birthday cards and periodic event cards to employeesMaintain company contact sheetsPerform basic clerical duties including but not limited to answering phones, mailing, administrative filing, copying, scanning/e mailing, faxing and typingAbility to respond to emergency situations.Organize travel when requested, including rental cars, hotels, and air travel.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsHS Degree Required. Ability to operate multi-phone console, copier, facsimile machine, calculator, excellent computer skills with high degree of experience in Microsoft Office suite software.Ability to multi-task.
