Weekend On-call COTAPart Time -Shift: Friday 4:30pm - 11pmSaturday 6am - 3pm or 3pm -11pmSunday 6am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pmMix of Phone Triage and Face-to-Face Visits$100 Per Shift Guarantee - -Great Opportunity for an COTA looking for supplemental income - -Senior LIFE is currently seeking -a COTA to fill a Weekend On-call position in a home care setting. The ideal candidate must have their own reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and up to date car insurance. - - -Benefits of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

$30/hour$100/shift stipend guaranteedMileage reimbursement of $0.65/mileCompany UniformsPaid travel timeResponsibilities of the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Provide personal care and servicesLight housekeepingAssist with activities of daily living (turning and positioning, toileting, assistive devices, safety and cleanliness, feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming.)Help maintain mobility, nutrition and hydrationPerform other tasks assigned -Vaccination from covid-19 is a condition for hiring. -A request for exemption can be submitted and will be reviewed and approved on an individual basis. -EOE -ec0222 -
