Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after reaching out to use through one of our online sources. The customer was looking to replace multiple windows in their home, six windows to be exact. Their current windows were original to their home, which was over 40 years old. The older windows were also single pane windows, which are some of the least efficient windows you can have in your home.Solutions provided:The Installers of Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling were able to replace and install the six new windows for the customer in just one day on the jobsite. These new windows we installed are triple pane ProVia window, which are a much bigger upgrade than the single pane windows the customer was dealing with before. Now the customer will no longer have to deal with drafty windows in the winter and get greater efficiency out of their new windows for years to come.Team members on this project: New Window by Mt. He did an excellent job and was courteous and well experienced to do the job.Darrell and April really helped me out. I bought new windows from Mt. Pleasant Window and they did a great install.
