The ideal candidate must be motivated, articulate, have excellent communication skills (oral, written, and graphic), the ability to multi-task, maintain and build client relationships, and have business development or marketing experience.Work Arrangement 40 hours per week with benefitsResponsibilities IncludeProject Management:

• Working as part of a collaborative design team on all phases of a project from programming through construction administration.
• Creating schematic design materials from 3-D renderings to plans and elevations.
• Developing designs and oversight of producing construction documents for implementation.
• Coordination and management of WMF project team and consultants' assignments.
• Assisting with material take offs for cost estimating.
• Managing multiple project schedules, client programs and budgets.
• Drafting proposal letters, and owner and consultant contracts.
• Working with the business office to generate monthly project invoices.Business Development:
  • Assisting with business development initiatives and firm growth.
  • Proactively seeking new clients and project opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Working closely with Marketing Coordinator to generate RFP responses.
  • Attending local outings and events as needed to promote WMF's services.Office Management:
    • Overseeing architectural staff.
    • Participating in staff scheduling and weekly staff meetings.
