Job Description:

play an instrumental role in meeting the needs of our pet parents,
helping them find everything from the right chew toy to the perfect
diet. By using your personal expertise in pet care, aided by our
training programs, you will provide exceptional customer service to
enhance the shopper's experience and ensure they leave with their
pet's needs fully satisfied. Assist customers by providing expert
advice on pet products and services. Operate the point-of-sale
system to process transactions accurately. Maintain store
presentation by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and
performing general housekeeping duties. Collaborate with team
members to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer
service. Participate in ongoing learning and training to stay
updated on new products and pet care trends. Handle and care for
animals within company guidelines to ensure their well-being.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to
handle monetary transactions accurately Comfort working with a
variety of animals Basic computer proficiency Excellent customer
service and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Pet care certifications or related
training a plus but not required.
