Compensation: $80,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities:
Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new
business Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as
completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and
implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales Contact all
leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our
customer base Present suggested asking prices and key selling
points to the seller so they understand the best price for their
home Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their
listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings
and referrals Qualifications: Shows in-depth knowledge of real
estate industry and can accurately conduct market research Ability
to work on your own and motivate yourself At least one year of work
experience in real estate sales Has a real estate license Ability
to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly About
