Description Job Title: Direct Support Professional - DSP Location: Lewistown, Pennsylvania Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17.00/hr Date Posted: 1/18/2026 About the Role We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care to individuals in our residential programs across Pennsylvania. As a DSP, you’ll empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently and thrive within their communities. This is a direct care role that requires reliability, empathy, and a heart for service. Responsibilities ? Provide daily care and supervision in a residential setting ? Support individuals in achieving independence with daily tasks and routines ? Encourage participation in social and community activities ? Monitor health, safety, and well-being of individuals ? Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and agency policies ? Assist with training and onboarding of new team members ? Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and report concerns to the Program Specialist Required Qualifications ? Must be at least 18 years old ? High School Diploma or GED ? Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record Preferred Qualifications ? Experience in direct care or behavioral health services ?
