teller machines, answering phone calls, or responding to emails,

products, you will guide customers through their inquiries, resolve

REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of
banking experience required. Must have prior computer experience
using Microsoft Office products. Must have excellent interpersonal
skills. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in
addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive
personal contact with others and can be of a personal or sensitive
