School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
psychologist opportunity is available in Lewistown, PA, offering
the chance to work in a dynamic educational setting serving
elementary through middle school students. This role supports a
student population of approximately 500-600 in the elementary
building, with occasional evaluations conducted in the middle
school. The position is full-time with flexibility for part-time
candidates and a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities include
conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations, contributing to
the development and implementation of Multi-Tiered System of
Supports (MTSS), and providing interventions aligned with the
Response to Intervention (RTI) framework, specifically for Specific
Learning Disabilities (SLD). The psychologist will collaborate
closely with educators, families, and support staff to promote
student academic and social-emotional success. Desired
Qualifications and Experience: - Valid Pennsylvania certification
as a School Psychologist - Experience working with elementary-aged
children (Kindergarten through 5th grade) - Proficiency in
conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing
individualized education plans - Familiarity with MTSS and RTI
processes, particularly in identifying and supporting SLD -
Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work
effectively in both school-based and remote settings Location and
